Our spacious 70 m2 apartment is perfect for families or couples who appreciate plenty of space and an open-plan layout.

Please note: The bathroom, toilet, sauna, and evening terrace are only accessible through the master bedroom. Therefore, the apartment is best suited for families or close friends who are comfortable with this open arrangement.

Check-in is available from 04:00 PM. On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.

We love animals, but to ensure comfort for all our guests (especially allergy sufferers), our apartment is a pet-free zone.

The Landhaus is a non-smoking apartment. You are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas.

To preserve the idyllic peace of the Gaal area, we kindly ask for quiet after 10:00 PM. Our home is a place for relaxation; therefore, parties and bachelor(ette) parties are not permitted.

Bakery Wolfsberger offers a daily bread delivery service (except Sundays). Additionally, a culinary starter kit (pasta, pesto, coffee, tea) awaits you upon arrival.

For the rest of your stay, our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for self-catering.

A private wellness area is located directly in the master bedroom, featuring both a Finnish sauna and an infrared sauna.

Yes! We have a lovely campfire spot in the garden. Please let us know so we can provide firewood for you.
